From the Founder

 This year marks our sixth year exclusively serving the mortgage industry and 14 years since I first conceived the idea of a mortgage industry closing agent database. We are so very thankful for our clients, colleagues and peers who share our vision of better risk management, consumer protection and loss prevention and helped to make our database an industry utility. Regardless of how much we grow, we pledge to continue to treat our clients and the professionals we monitor as we would wish ourselves to be treated: with respect and integrity.


This year we plan to expand our service offerings with some amazing "first to market" tools that will provide deeper understanding of the risk of doing business with third parties, including a complex new agent rating enhancement that goes beyond risk to evaluate actual performance, and a tiered data base that will broaden risk evaluation coverage nationwide and also allow real time data refreshing.


As we navigate another year focused on transparency and consumer protection in 2017, with a new President and administration, banks, mortgage lenders and credit unions nationwide are spending more time, effort and energy than ever before developing policies and procedures to comply with the ever growing number of new regulatory requirements. The task can be daunting…and expensive. At Secure Insight we have taken more than a decade of research and development to create an effective solution to addressing concerns over third party service provider risk management.
